What are the fees?

Annual Fees are $9900 per year. This is fully inclusive of tuition, meals, supplies and excursions.

What about meals?

At Novoschool we believe that healthy meals are integral to learning. Therefore lunches are provided for all learners each day.

In addition, young people will be involved in the planning and preparation for meals. Everyone will be learning how to plan, cook, serve and clean up when it comes to eating.

What is not included in the fees?

There will be some extended overseas experiences that will be available as an option, and these will be at an extra cost.

What about technology?

Novoschool is a BYOT (bring your own technology) school. This means that learners should be prepared to bring a laptop of their own choice.

Where exactly is the school?

Novoschool will be located at 125 Bull St, Newcastle West. There are renovations happening, so visit will not be possible until late 2024.

Key learning hours are between 9:00 am and 3pm. This is when students are expected to be onsite.

In addition, understanding the complexity of our local families, Novoschool will be open from 7:30am to 5pm each day as a safe space for learning and enrolled students to spend time in.

Are you affiliated with any group?

No. Novoschool is being created by an experienced group of local educators who believe Newcastle has room for a progressive secondary, secular, option, and is not affiliated with any religion or group.

Yes. Our roadmap projects that our first HSC class will commence in 2028. Our students will be very prepared for that important stage of their education.
