Here is where you'll find information about applying for a place at our school, fee structures and our road-map for the future.

**We are pleased to share that we have been approved by NESA to open in 2025 for Years 7-9.
We will be applying to add Year 10 the following year, and continuing each year until we are a 7-12 school.
THE PROCESS
Step 1 - (Optional) Attend an information night or open day (when available).

Step 2 - Apply using the online form above.
​
Step 3 - Selected applications will be contacted for an interview.
​
Step 4 - Successful applicants will be offered a place. Where classes are full, names may be placed on a waiting list.

Step 5 - Places are not confirmed until the enrolment fee has been completed (see fees page for more info).
2025 FEE SCHEDULE
*Please note that Novoschool sets tuition fees annually. Below indicates the annual fee for 2025.​ The following schedule indicates our initial/startup pricing. We anticipate strong demand for places and it will be reviewed prior to the setting of 2026 pricing.
Application Fee - Nil
Entrance Fee - $1000 per student
The Entrance Fee is payable after your child has been offered a place. This includes the first $500 of tuition fees for your child’s first year of enrolment. This fee is non-refundable.
2025 Payment Due Dates

Annual: 20 January
Per Term: 20 January, 11 April, 4 July, 26 September
Annual Tuition Year 7 - 9 - $9,900
Fees payments are to be paid at least one term in advance.
​
Inclusions: Education, sport, a healthy and nutritious daily lunch, and most excursions.
​
Exclusions: BYOT devices, uniforms (optional), some excursions, optional camps and overseas trips.

Optional Extras
​
At times we may organise optional activities for our students such as overseas trips, exchange programs, external exams and the like. These will not be covered in our tuition and will be optional.
Sibling Discount - 2025 Tuition Year 7-9
Discounts offered to Novoschool families:​

1st Child - $9,900
2nd Child (10%) - $8910
3rd Child (25%) - $7425
4th + Child (50%) - $4,950 per child
OUR ROADMAP
We're on our way to bringing a new and innovative secondary education option to Newcastle! Opening in 2025 with Year 7, 8 and 9, we plan to offer a 7-12 program by 2028.

2026 - Add Year 10
2027 - Add Year 11
2028 - Add Year 12 - our first HSC class!
